We are making it easier to do business with us. Here are some of the features and benefits offered by Compass:

Benefits NowTM for Plan Sponsors

Benefits Now for Plan Sponsors is The Co-operators enhanced, user-friendly, internet-based online administration tool for plan sponsors. Benefits Now has an intuitive enrolment process. The directions are quick and easy for the plan sponsors to follow. Members are added in real time and your plan sponsors will receive immediate feedback. Your clients can be assured that they will be notified of any errors or omissions with the enrolment.

Billing functionality

Your clients will enjoy added features with Compass. It can calculate premium splits between the employer/employee and it pro-rates premiums to the exact date of hire or termination. There are new sorting options as well as a variety of new summary reports available to the plan sponsor.

Co-branding opportunities

With Compass, your clients have the opportunity to co-brand their billing statements and plan member ID cards by adding their company logo. As always, plan sponsors can co-brand the welcome screen of Benefits Now™ for Plan Members, formerly Plan Member Online Services.
