Not only is The Co-operators easier to do business with, but we’re also the “greener” choice. As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we offer efficient and more environmentally friendly paperless options for our advisors.
Advisor Online Services is our Internet-based system for managing your group business with The Co-operators. When you register, you’ll have instant access to everything you need to provide better, faster service to your groups, including group information, reporting tools, statements and commission payments.
“Group benefits clients rely on their advisor for advice about the performance and placement of their group benefits plan,” says Conor Quinn, Director of Client Services and Operations. “Advisor Online Services provides the information advisors need to provide outstanding service to our mutual clients.”
Along with access to client billings and a variety of reports, you’ll receive an email notification when your commission statement is available, and your commission payments are completed though direct deposit. The system also provides access to a listing of your current in-force groups and recent client billing statements.
While Advisor Online Services offers online access to information 24/7, your Co-operators regional sales and service team is still always available when you need them to assist and answer questions. Visit our website to find the toll-free numbers for your regional sales team.
